Thus developing both soft and technical competencies of people in our team (and in teams of our business partners) is among our priorities.

We have developed our own methodology for developing ourselves and our people. Here are the key components of the methodology:

• define a short/mid/long term personal development goals
• identify the areas of improvement supporting the personal development goal
• assign a job which enables a person to utilize his/her strengths as well as developing the desired competencies
